Retail Leasing Executive / Retail Leasing Officer

About Us
We are building a new generation of lifestyle-driven retail brands through compact, convenience-sized stores that integrate seamlessly into daily life. Our goal is to establish a dense network of branded mini-stores across residential, commuting, and working zones in Hong Kong.
 
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful team member to support our retail expansion efforts. This role involves scouting potential sites, conducting site visits, coordinating leasing documentation, and building relationships with property agents and landlords. Strong driving ability and schedule flexibility are essential.
 
Main Duties:
  • Scout and assess retail spaces (300–1,500 sq.ft.) in high-footfall areas;
  • Conduct site visits, take photos, and record key property details;
  • Assist in lease negotiations, documentation, and rental administration;
  • Maintain contact records and follow up with agents and landlords;
  • Support internal teams with layout planning and fit-out coordination;
  • Help prepare rental budgets and site evaluation reports;
  • Build new relationships in the property leasing community;
  • Handle ad hoc property-related tasks and documentation.

Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in retail leasing or property coordination preferred;
  • Valid Hong Kong driving license is required;
  • Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written);
  • Proficient in MS Office and documentation;
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Officer level.
