14-16 September
Mid-Autumn Tasting Carnivals at Tsing Yi Main Store and Mongkok Main Store respectively on the weekend before the Mid-Autumn Festival were held. The events featured a number of amusement rides, booth games, lantern riddles, free food tasting of multi nation’s products, free gifts and lanterns to celebrate the festive season with guests. Some stores also offered free lanterns (15 September at Mongkok Signature store and 16 September at Jordan Main store), adding to the festive atmosphere.
July - August
"Convenience choice’s" products have been introduced. The products are mainly lightweight, small, packaged food and beverages, selling at attractive and competitive prices.
More frozen desserts, including ice-cream products have been introduced at the Signature store to provide more diversified products for customers.
23 May
The food tasting events were held, available for Hong Kong and Macau Main stores and Tung Chung Outlet on designated dates every week. Customers could visit our stores at designated time to try our products, so that they could know further about the taste, quality and processing methods, etc. of the products. The events were highly welcomed by our customers and were reported by different media and KOLs. Due to the peak season at the end of the year, the last phase of the food tasting event was successfully completed on 17 November.
1 May
The operation format of Tung Chung store has been changed to Outlet mode. Different from other stores, Tung Chung Outlet provides more exclusive offers, special discount zone is also available. Some products are even selling as low as half price.
21 March
The Company introduced the biggest change in its 26-year history in the aspect of Gold point’s offer. Starting from 21 March, Gold and Platinum Card members can enjoy a 21% discount for the purchase of Gold point’s product (for 1 unit or above). -
2023
October - November
Signature stores have been set up at the ground floor in the busy district and near our Main store, hoping to let more consumers to know and experience our products. The first Signature store was unveiled on 27 October, located at Tuen Mun Heung Sze Wui Road. The second store was unveiled on 28 October, located at MTR Hang Hau Station.
In line with the company's development, the operation format of the Pop-up shop in Sheung Shui has been changed to Signature store since 23 November, continues to serve our customers.
18 September
Launching of the dual-QR code "genuineness verification" service on the official website of HK JEBN, which is first available for selected dried edible bird's nest products. Customers can visit our dedicated authentication webpage for verification.

During Covid-19 epidemic, the company rented a King’s Grade shop at the junction of Russell Street and Percival Street at a fraction of the price, which was a milestone for the company during the epidemic.
22-24 January
After years of suffering from Covid-19 epidemic, normal travel between Hong Kong and the Mainland have been gradually resumed since 8 January. With the belief of not to disappoint our long-awaited customers, special arrangements have been made for all branches to be operated normally from the first to the third day of the Lunar New Year. -

1 November
A new headquarter of HK JEBN's own-brand product manufacturing factory was completed. The introduction of production automation systems and facilities, which significantly improve production efficiency. There is a central kitchen in the factory by equipping with professional chefs and an R&D team, and developing more creative, delicious and healthy own-brand products.
14 September
Unveiled the first Hong Kong Pop-up shop, which located in G/F, Nos. 67-69 Argyle Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon.
1 September
The newly established logistics center was officially opened in Tsing Yi. Through the automatic warehouse system, it facilitates capacity and inventory management, and delivery efficiency. -
2018
A variety of special events had been held during the 20th Anniversary of HK JEBN Group, including: "Regimen & Rainbow Diet Talk" at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, "HKD 2 / MOP 2 Early Bird Discount for All Products at Shops", "Facebook 20 Creative Photo & Writing Contest " and “20th Anniversary Celebration Ceremony” , etc. The Company also provided offers for eligible employees and their relatives, etc., to visit Hong Kong Disneyland / Guangzhou Chimelong Safari Park, to share the joyfulness. -

Our subsidiary company “HK Elements Ltd – Laboratory Division” has been granted ISO17025 accreditation (Trace elements and Microbiological examinations in foodstuff) by Hong Kong Accreditation Service, the assigned registration number is HOKLAS 260. -

Online shopping platform Tmall Global store opened, as a milestone to strengthen China market. We are offering Chinese consumers highest quality globally imported goods, with no fakes pledge.
From August
Enhanced 5-days working week arrangements will apply to all shops and the production department. All members of staff who have worked for one full year will be able to enjoy a 5-days working week. This will allow staff to have sufficient time to rest. -

According to the marketing survey conducted by the School of Business, University of Hong Kong. HK JEBN Ltd. is the No.1 in terms of sales volume of dried bird’s nests, Chinese wild cordyceps and dried seafoods in Hong Kong market. -

From July
Executed eight days leave per month for retail staff and five working days per week for rear-service personnel and office staff. Awarded as the employer of “Enhancing Good People Management Practices and Harmonious Labour Relations” by Labour Department. -
2007
Invested 1.5 hundred million to purchase the whole building. The building will be reconstructed as the Operation Centre of the Group and will be completed at the mid of Year 2013.
Awarded as “Hong Kong Top Brand” by Hong Kong Brand Development Council.
Prosecuted several fake companies of HK JEBN successfully which those fake companies had to cease the use of the brand of “樓上® ” instantly by the officially force of High Court. -
2006
Cooperated with the Chinese University of Hong Kong for the website of www.crocobest.com to promote the genuine products of crocodile.
Unveiled the first Guangzhou store, which located in Zone D, South Tower, Liwan Plaza, 9 De Xing Road, Liwan District.

“Eastweek”—a local magazine in Hong Kong published a report which claimed that the bird’s nest sold by HK JEBN is suspected by cheating. Consumers were misled by the report. HK JEBN immediately published an advertisement which offered a reward of HK$10,000,000 to seek any fake bird’s nest from HK JEBN. After the announcement was published, the report of “Eastweek” proved to be rumor, the case was closed. -
