To satisfy the demands of customers, we continuously improve our service quality. All staff is familiar with the characteristics and relative information of each product, and all of them have to pass tests, so as to answer the questions from each customer.
Quality Assurance
Focusing on the package of current seafood products, we use processing and packaging methods of increased hygiene level. We have individual department to verify the quality of all products and we only sell those of high quality. Most Chinese medicine and dried seafood items are individually packed and some are even packed with vacuum technology to increase the level of hygiene and keep them in better condition.
