Accounting Assistant / Assistant Accounting Officer

Main duties:
  • Perform daily accounts receivable duties;
  • Follow up with accounts receivable overdue collection;
  • Prepare payment by e-banking, cheque and cash timely and accurately;
  • Follow up payable related matters with vendors and departments;
  • Maintain and update information in FlexSystem;
  • Conduct reconciliations of banks and intercompany accounts;
  • Assist in month end closing and preparation of month end schedule;
  • Conduct on-site audit regularly, e.g. Retail shops and warehouses;
  • Handle other ad hoc tasks as required.
 Requirements:
  • Degree / Associate Degree in accounting or any related disciplinee;
  • More experiences and qualification will be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) and Chinese word processing;
  • Practical experience with Flex Accounts and Microsoft Dynamics AX is preferred;
  • Able to manage multi-tasks and attentive to details;
  • Strong team player and communicator, proactive;
  • Disciplinary, punctual.
