System Engineer / System Support

Job Descriptions:

Perform configuration, troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of hardware and software, network systems and IT equipment；
Provide onsite support for end users on all IT related issues；
Assist in office / datacenter system and network monitoring；
Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as System Support

Requirements:

Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field;
Minimum 1-2 year of relevant experience in PC / Server support, and LAN / WAN networking equipment, involving devices such as Wi-fi, routers, switches, firewall；
Perform daily monitoring of IT system health status；
Experience in TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VM farm, Active Directory, Office 365 and security technology will be advantage；
CCNA or other network security certificate holder will be an advantage；
Proactive and self-motivated with good trouble-shooting and communication skills；
Experience in supporting retail shop will be an advantage.
Good communication skills in Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin and English will be an advantage.
