Leasing Officer / Senior Leasing Coordinator (Retail Expansion–Lifestyle F&B)

We are building a new generation of lifestyle-driven retail brands convenience-sized stores, designed to seamlessly integrate into the daily lives of consumers across Hong Kong. Our goal is to establish a dense network of branded mini-stores in key residential, commuting, and working zones, serving as satellite ambassadors for our flagship brand.
By embedding our presence into diverse living circles—across age groups, districts, and habits—we aim to enhance brand visibility and emotional connection with our customers.
We are seeking a highly connected and intuitive Leasing Officer to lead our site acquisition and leasing efforts. This role is pivotal in identifying ideal lifestyle hotspots and securing strategic locations that align with our brand’s expansion vision.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure retail spaces (typically 300–1,500 sq. ft.) in high-footfall areas such as residential neighborhoods, transport hubs, and mixed-use zones.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and mall operators to access prime leasing opportunities.
Handle all tenancy matters including lease documentation, renewals, and rental administration.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams on layout planning, store design, and fit-out coordination.
Regular site visits to own properties.
Support rental budgeting, forecasting, and property acquisition assessments.
Contract and budget management
Handle ad hoc property acquisition and valuation.

Important: Instead of related experience in the field, good intuitive and common senses are overwhelmingly important requirements for the above position. Candidates with leasing experience in well-known tea or coffee chain brands, such as 星巴克、奈雪的茶、天仁茗茶…… etc, are highly encouraged to apply — their expertise in identifying high-traffic, lifestyle-oriented locations for beverage retail will be especially valuable to our expansion strategy.

Requirements

More than 3 years experience in retail leasing, preferably with exposure to F&B, lifestyle, or convenience retail formats.
Strong network within the local property and retail leasing community is a must.
Holder of a valid driving license is a must.
Excellent market sense with a proven ability to identify high-potential lifestyle locations.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; confident in dealing with landlords and agents.
Degree or Higher Diploma in Business, Marketing, Surveying, or related disciplines.
Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Well-organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Officer level.
